AJG acquires Foundation Strategies

Arthur J. Gallagher has acquired Texas-based employee benefits broker Foundation Strategies.

Founded in 1996, Foundation Strategies is an employee benefits broker and consultant that offers group employee benefit products and consulting services for their primarily mid-to-large clients in the south central United States.

Shelly Coonrod, president, Charles Coonrod, principal, and their colleagues will continue to operate in their current location under the direction of John Neumaier, leader of Gallagher's south central employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations.
