Aon looks to Lockton after WTW for key US market leaders
Global re/insurance broker Aon has tapped a senior leader from Lockton to helm a “growing and important market” in the US, following its recent hires from rival WTW.
Aon has appointed Jennifer Rutecky (pictured) as its Atlanta market leader. She is charged with leading the local team and driving growth in the office, reporting to Jerry Ferreira, executive vice president, south region leader.
Rutecky previously worked at Lockton, where she served as the strategic advisory practice leader for the southeast region. She brings more than 30 years’ experience in the industry and has served in practice leadership, operational, consulting and risk management roles.
Rutecky joins Amber Park and Brandon Burnette, both of whom were hired this year to bolster Aon’s Atlanta office.
Park, south region leader for Aon’s enterprise client group, most recently worked at WTW and brings 26 years of experience in human capital consulting with broad expertise across a number of HR disciplines. Park’s career has been focused on helping large, complex clients solve business issues through innovative solutions centered around people and risk.
Burnette, enterprise client leader for Aon, most recently worked at WTW where he split an 11-year tenure between serving as a client relationship director and senior investment consultant.
