Broker Network acquires Thompson & Richardson
UK’s network for independent insurance brokers is extending its regional footprint with the acquisition of Lincolnshire-based Thompson & Richardson.
The deal follows the acquisitions of Finch Group in October 2016 and Boyd Insurance in May 2017 and will see Chris Travers and his senior team stay on at the brokerage and continue their acquisition programme.
Thompson & Richardson operates from four offices in Sleaford, Boston, Grantham and Lincoln and employs 75 members of staff.
