Guy Carpenter hires Endurance Re team
Reinsurance broker Guy Carpenter has hired the direct reinsurance team from a subsidiary of Endurance Specialty Holdings.
The team is based in Kansas City, Missouri, where Guy Carpenter has also opened a new office.
“The hiring of Endurance’s locally-based team, with their significant experience providing property and casualty reinsurance, demonstrates our ongoing commitment to and investment in our US regional insurance and mutual company business,” said Andrew Marcell, managing director and chief executive officer of US operations at Guy Carpenter.
“As Guy Carpenter brokers, the team will now have access to the full resources of our firm, enabling them to deliver to clients a broader array of services and greater coverage across their entire reinsurance program.”
