McLarens opens Perth office with key hire

McLarens, a global loss adjuster specialising in complex and commercial claims, has expanded its property loss adjusting division with an office in Perth, Australia while appointing Desmond Lee as executive loss adjuster.

The move follows the recent opening of offices in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Nottingham, UK in May, as well as Frankfurt, Germany in April 2018.

Perth will be the fifth Australian office for McLarens after Brisbane, Melbourne, Newcastle and Sydney.

Martyn Wicht, McLarens regional director, Australasia commented: “Desmond is a highly qualified and respected claims professional. It is very pleasing to see the company expand to Western Australia with such a high calibre individual.”

Stuart Crofton, head of property in Australia, added: “Clients have been looking forward to our expansion in Western Australia and Desmond’s appointment further strengthens McLarens’ high quality offering in the complex and major loss property adjusting field.”
