QuanTemplate poaches Hiscox exec for finance director role

QuanTemplate Technologies, the financial technology company formed by experienced reinsurance professionals, has appointed Imtyaz Vakil as finance director.  Vakil will report to Adrian Rands, co-founder and chief executive officer of the company. Vakil has almost 25 years’ experience in the insurance and financial services industries. He joins QuanTemplate from Hiscox, where he served as technical accountant, group finance. Prior to this, he was chief financial officer of Direct Asia Insurance Group Entities.
