Thinking differently at Lloyd’s: how Inigo built a specialty insurer from the ground up
The first thing you notice when you walk into Inigo’s reception is that it doesn’t look like a typical Lloyd’s market insurer. A bright yellow vintage car, café-style seating and AI-generated portraits of staff in imagined alternate careers all signal a company that has deliberately chosen to look and feel different. Further inside, black-and-white photographs of music legends line the walls, reinforcing a culture that leans more modern studio than City office.
