Sava Re backs 18-year vet; puts strategic director to 2nd board term

Slovenia-based reinsurer Sava Re will take management board member Polona Pirš Zupančič (pictured) on for a second five-year term.

The supervisory board made the appointment for the consecutive term nearly a year ahead of deadline. Her second term will begin in January 2023.

Pirš Zupančič has been with Sava Re since February 2004 as director of strategic finance and controlling.

She took her first five-year term on the management board starting in January 2018, her Linkedin profile indicated.
