County Hall places reinsurance through Lloyd’s
US risk retention group County Hall Insurance said on Oct. 13 that it renewed its reinsurance placement through Lloyd’s of London.
County Hall Insurance offers liability for trucking risks throughout the US.
“The transportation industry continues to face challenges and changes across the US. Our commitment to financial stability, underwriting service and quick, fair claims handling sets us apart from other risk retention groups in the transportation space,” said County Hall president Scott McCrae.
The company offers primary automobile liability limits up to $1,000,000, and can handle all liability insurance filing needs for its clients, according to the statement. The group’s plans are accepted by all major shippers in the US.
Programmes for trucking companies often do cover commercial trucks, as well as tractor-trailer combinations. County Hall also works to insure large commercial fleets, which represent difficult risks to place or assess, according to the statement. The coverage helps businesses cover employees and company property from injury and damage to property that may result from an accident.
