JLT Re lures Oxford Insurance founder

JLT Re has appointed Neill Cotton as head of the facilities division. Mike Pummell, the previous head of department will now take on the role of chairman of the executive committee.

Cotton joins from CFC Underwriting where he held the role of commercial director. Prior to this he established Oxford Insurance Brokers in 2001 where he was managing director and chief executive officer (CEO).
